Program Operations: The Program Operations Committee focuses on the daily operations of WIOA funds and how well the Contractors are performing and meeting WIOA requirements.
Workforce Development: This Committee focuses on what is being done in our 3-county area. It focuses on sector strategies, employer engagement, and marketing.
Executive: This Committee leads and manages the Board. The Committee's leadership and management responsibilities include assuring the Board relevant strategic agenda, effective committees, well-prepared materials, & member recruitment and orientation.
